Janet loves kids!  Janet has served in children's ministry for many years and one of her greatest joys is teaching children about how God has gifted them and to see kids applying God's Word to their everyday lives. She previously served as the director of children's ministry at New Hope Christian Fellowship, Hayward, CA, from 2003-2005.
Q & A

Q: Why do you love working with kids?
A: I love working with kids for so many reasons.  Maybe because I am just a big kid myself or maybe because I remember like it was yesterday (actually over 20 years ago) when He said "Janet, I am calling you to a special ministry... with children."  It is always good to obey what God says!!!  But I think its being able to be part of their life as they are discovering who God is.  To hear a toddler say "Jesus loves me".  To hear a Kindergartner tell me a bible story.  To hear a grade school child pray for one of their friends.  I just thank God for the privilege.

Q: What is your favorite book or movie?
A: My favorite book happens to be what ever one I am reading at the time...otherwise I probably would not be reading it.  My favorite movie is "Facing The Giants".
